About

Steve – Tour Advisor

From his earliest memories of a giant inflatable King Kong scaling the mighty Empire State Building, Steve has been a victim of the seductive pull of and excitement that is New York City. Though admittedly born a Jersey Boy, Steve is a New Yorker at heart. Steve is a graduate of history from Rutgers University and International Affairs from Kassel University in Kassel, Germany. He’s been around the world and has taken the long way home. He’s been professionally leading tours of New York for five years. When not leading tours, Steve can be found searching for German tourists to wow (or confuse) them with his German language mastery!

Welcome to Walking Tour Advisor, a website designed by and for those who believe that a city is best explored on foot.  Many operators of walking tour outfits are extremely small and often volunteer based organizations.  Consequently, effective advertising is often out of the question.  That is why Walking Tour Advisor is so important.  We allow operators to post, and patrons to review, walking tours of all types  (FREE OF CHARGE).

We list tours of all types and catagories.  Know of a tour that should be listed here but is not, please drop us a line and let us know.
